FISA LOGOPEDICA



Rezultatele examinarii sunt consemnate in fisa logopedica. Aceasta se completeaza :

- in momentul cunoasterii copilului (examinarea primara);

- pe parcursul intregii activitati terapeutice.


Exista mai multe modele din care terapeutul poate sa-si aleaga modul de consemnare al examenelor efectuate asupra logopatului si al efectelor terapiei logopedice. Important este ca fisa sa oglindeasca corect atat imaginea de inceput a logopatiei cat si evolutia corectarii acesteia. Este indicat ca rezultatele unei diagnosticari complexe sa se faca in mod detaliat in fisa, urmarindu-se evaluarea tulburarilor de la inceputul terapiei pana la sfarsitul acesteia.
